Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the developmental journey of young children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of each child.

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and documenting outcomes as a collaborative team member.

• Providing emotional and developmental support that benefits both the child and the family.

• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Establishing rapport with children, families, and healthcare team members to foster a nurturing learning environment.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored strategies for child growth and development based on family concerns and preferences.

• Implementing IFSPs for enrolled families with an emphasis on recommended services frequency according to child development milestones.

• Delivering comprehensive information and resources to families, empowering them to actively support their child's development.

• Applying the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques.

• Upholding health and safety standards for clients and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on the youngest members of our communities—children from birth to three years old who are facing disabilities or developmental delays. You will have the honor of working with these children and their families, guiding them through critical growth stages and ensuring they receive the necessary support tailored to their unique circumstances. By engaging with families holistically, you will significantly impact the developmental trajectories of these children.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.
