Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to independently assess and diagnose patients' psychosocial needs, crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Engage directly with clients to develop collaborative, patient-centered treatment strategies that empower them on their path to recovery.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, utilizing techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to foster positive outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress methodically, utilizing virtual and in-person check-ins to adjust treatment plans as needed and ensure that goals are being met.

• Support patients in their psychotropic medication management, liaising with medical providers to monitor treatment adherence, side effects, and effectiveness.
