Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions for clients facing mental health issues alongside substance use disorders, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients, utilizing solution-based interventions tailored to facilitate recovery.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately according to organizational protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and upholding ethical standards in practice.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Provide educational resources and supportive materials to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and substance abuse resources available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, each presenting unique challenges related to their substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, we are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time status.
