Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that focus on overcoming personal challenges, fostering resilience, and prompting positive behavioral changes.

• Set realistic and achievable treatment goals in cooperation with clients, incorporating ethical and legal guidelines to ensure the highest standards of practice.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client assessments, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Work in conjunction with the clinical director to conduct regular chart audits and sign off on treatment notes for individual and group sessions.

• Actively participate in team meetings and clinical supervision sessions to discuss cases and share professional insights.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall client care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinical professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health disorders and substance use issues. Understanding their unique circumstances will be central to your role, as you will guide and empower them through the recovery process by providing holistic, client-centered care that respects their individuality and supports their journey towards well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license for the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional clinical experience in social work, mental health, or substance use treatment centers.

• Direct clinical experience with case management and a solid understanding of mental health practice and compliance.

• Excellent computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
