Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches to address clients' unique needs and goals.

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and other clinical supervisors to oversee intern caseloads and assignments, ensuring their development and skill enhancement.

• Participate actively in ongoing audits, quality assurance, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain compliance with agency standards and state regulations.
\n
• Facilitate clinical consultations with clients during both crisis and non-crisis situations, providing timely interventions to promote positive outcomes.
\n
• Manage accurate and timely data entry in our electronic health record system, AWARDS, and ensure optimal documentation for all client interactions.
\n
• Attend internal and agency meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for program improvements as needed.
\n
• Lead recruitment initiatives for clinical interns, from interviewing to onboarding, aligning with the agency's strategic objectives.
\n
• Plan and oversee recruitment events, workshops, and training sessions for interns and trainees to foster a learning culture within the organization.

• Monitor and evaluate intern performance to ensure adherence to clinical standards and assist in their professional development.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, addressing any logistical challenges promptly with the Facilities Manager.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance service delivery and programmatic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing adults, children, and families experiencing emotional distress and social functioning issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
