Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and deliver individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients’ presenting issues.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to create integrated care plans accommodating client needs.

• Monitor client progress by managing caseloads, assessing admission and discharge criteria, and ensuring timely communication of updates.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, responding promptly to clients in acute distress.

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment and recovery plans that connect clients to necessary services and support.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and follow-up assessments as required.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate care and ensure access to resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
