Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish trust and understand clients' needs, ensuring compassionate care tailored to each individual.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to address clients' presenting issues and enhance clinical outcomes.

• Participate in committees focusing on quality improvement initiatives, providing insight and feedback based on your direct interactions with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who are facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to serious mental illnesses and emotional disorders. This population may often come from marginalized backgrounds, and as such, you will need to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in understanding their unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
