Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and comprehensive risk assessments tailored to the school setting.

• Partner with students to create customized treatment plans that consider their individual goals, cultural contexts, and specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group formats.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to students in acute distress and collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and safety for all students.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all clinic policies and compliance regulations.
\n
• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with critical knowledge and coping skills to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive support services.
\n
• Engage in ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate treatments' effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement in therapeutic approaches.

• Stay current with clinical best practices and emerging trends in mental health care by engaging in professional development and training opportunities.

• Maintain a high level of ethical practice while safeguarding patient confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and difficulties related to trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
