Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing our LCSWs to provide care in a flexible, comfortable setting. As part of our team, you will work closely with educators, parents, and school administrators, creating a collaborative network aimed at supporting students’ mental, emotional, and social development. Our remote setup leverages telehealth technologies, ensuring efficient communication and effective treatment delivery while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions for students struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and various other mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that are culturally sensitive and address the unique needs of each student.

• Collaborate with teachers, school nurses, and other staff to create supportive educational environments for students with mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students in distress, including coordinating with emergency services if necessary.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students within the K-12 educational system who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological difficulties. With a diverse student population, you will encounter a range of issues including, but not limited to, ADHD, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Your work will directly impact their academic performance, social relationships, and overall mental well-being, contributing to a healthier school environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in California.
\n
• Demonstrated clinical skills, particularly in assessing and treating school-aged children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interactions with students, families, and educational staff.
\n
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and familiarity with telehealth platforms for documentation and treatment delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working within a school setting or with children and adolescents in various capacities.

• Background in implementing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
