Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing in-person, telehealth, or a combination of both modalities to meet client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client histories, strengths, and areas for intervention, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic family therapy approaches.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, medical professionals, and peer support staff to devise integrative treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance professional development, facilitate case discussions, and encourage reflective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Hollow Bay Wellness will involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as underserved groups. You will address a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics and trauma, utilizing a culturally informed therapeutic approach that respects each client's unique story.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California is required; we are unable to consider applicants with associate registrations.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice environment.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of family systems theory, trauma-informed care principles, and culturally responsive practices aimed at enhancing the therapeutic relationship.

• Proficient using electronic health records systems; experience with Medi-Cal documentation protocols is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on experience and client caseload.
