Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as couples and family sessions, focusing on fostering a safe therapeutic environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, including clinical evaluations and risk assessments, in order to construct personalized treatment plans based on empirical findings.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique goals of each client.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including mental health professionals and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and connectivity to community resources.

• Diligently document client progress, treatment adjustments, and any relevant interactions within our electronic health record system to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision, staying updated on best practices within the mental health field.
