Our counseling center operates from Monday to Saturday, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both therapists and clients. Our remote work capability enables you to provide high-quality therapy without the constraints of a traditional office setting, while also having access to an outpatient office for in-person sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, recommending tailored interventions based on client evaluations.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with your colleagues to discuss assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care strategies to ensure continuity of care.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other suitable methodologies.

• Provide case management for assigned clients, working closely with community providers and resources to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans promptly and accurately, adhering to ethical standards and departmental guidelines.

• Participate in regular meetings, including patient rounds, to discuss patient progress and share insights with your team.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; relevant Master’s Degrees are encouraged.

• Willingness to work 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client demand and your schedule preferences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
