Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in therapeutic sessions with both couples and individuals, addressing the complexities of family dynamics and personal challenges.

• Providing interventions for a range of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, and job-related stress.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of your clients, while continually assessing their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with organizational objectives and maximize positive patient outcomes.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay at the forefront of therapeutic practices and licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population, including individuals and families facing challenges such as relationship distress, adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, and conflicts in blended families. Your role will be instrumental in providing support to clients dealing with life transitions and mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, we also welcome those with comprehensive experience in providing therapy to diverse populations. Flexible availability, particularly the capacity to engage in 30 or more hours per week, is preferred.
