Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on recognized best practices.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific mental health disorders.

• Documenting clinical sessions promptly and accurately in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists and psychologists, to implement coordinated treatment strategies and monitor patient progress.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights that enhance the overall quality of care.

• Providing education to patients and their families, helping them to navigate mental health issues, understand treatment options, and access community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
