Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed interventions tailored to the unique situations of individuals within the correctional system.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, providing support that promotes emotional regulation and effective coping strategies essential for personal growth.

• Engage collaboratively with an array of mental health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to the care and treatment of each inmate.

• Respond to mental health crises by implementing de-escalation techniques and making referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
