Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and their families.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and other mental health professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to student care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
