Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote capacity, offering flexibility while ensuring accessibility to students, families, and school personnel. The role entails consistent communication with schools and parents, making it essential to maintain a collaborative approach despite the physical distance. Your typical work hours will run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students experiencing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues.

• Engage in direct clinical services, providing individual and group therapy within the school environment to help students achieve their emotional and academic goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a supportive atmosphere for students and enhance educational outcomes.
