Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to determine mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on setting and achieving realistic mental health goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma. You will develop therapeutic relationships and create a safe space for students to express their concerns, emphasizing resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
