This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work harmoniously between your professional obligations and personal life. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend commitments, allowing for a structured schedule while supporting your mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for children and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices as outlined in each client’s treatment plan. Your ability to adapt your approach based on client needs is essential.

• Design and implement comprehensive psychotherapy plans, establishing measurable goals and objectives to track patient progress effectively.

• Collaborate as a key member of the treatment team, providing insights and consultative services to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Ensure all documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, is completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to licensing standards and organizational policies.

• Serve as a liaison with community-based treatment professionals and stakeholders to coordinate care and facilitate a seamless support system for clients.

• Address subpoenas for records and prepare for court appearances according to company policy when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
