Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, targeting clients who present with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs and developmental levels of clients.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, coordinating services among clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Participate actively as a member of interdisciplinary teams to foster collaboration and achieve common goals, shared vision, and continuous improvement.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring appropriate and timely responses to urgent situations affecting clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and compliance with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.

• Active California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical social work, preferably in school or community settings.

• Strong therapeutic and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with students and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
