Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting client-specific goals and interventions, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated treatment strategy.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and educational classes aimed at enhancing clients’ coping skills and social support networks.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with all ethical, legal, and agency standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n
