Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and conditions.

• Conduct regular virtual team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine care strategies through collaborative dialogue.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and therapeutic approaches to promote mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment to enhance overall patient care quality and effectiveness.

• Document clinical encounters and treatment progress using our electronic health record system, ensuring comprehensive and accurate client histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on assisting clients in a detox center, where many individuals face significant behavioral health challenges, including addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work closely with a diverse population, including adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and play a vital role in facilitating their recovery journey through personalized support and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
\n
• Robust experience in clinical settings, particularly with senior populations, is essential.

• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments, developing care strategies, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and fostering collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
