In this remote setting, LCSWs will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and counseling staff, to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. As an LCSW in our Hospice Center, you will work primarily with terminally ill patients and their families, helping them navigate complex emotional, psychological, and social issues related to end-of-life. Your role is crucial in delivering compassionate care that supports both the patient’s wishes and the family's emotional needs, facilitating an environment of dignity, respect, and understanding during this sensitive period.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
