Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions to a diverse group of clients, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs.

• Engage in regular supervision and clinical consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure optimal client care.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients aged 18 and above, many of whom come from diverse backgrounds. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these individuals, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community and men facing mental health issues, will be essential in providing empathetic and effective care. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of New York.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, with a focus on adult populations.

• Strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or psychodynamic therapy.

• Proficient in documentation, treatment planning, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
