Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' needs.

• Employ various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, depending on client requirements.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation classes and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to protect client well-being.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
