Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children's developmental progress and family needs.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's specific needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to monitor outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to ensure each child reaches their developmental milestones.

• Provide essential early intervention (EI) support to families, equipping them with resources and strategies to foster their child's growth and development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare services and privacy standards.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a nurturing learning environment conducive to growth and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on the youngest members of our community—infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays—who require specialized early intervention services. Our LCSWs are pivotal in creating tailored support structures that promote physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the crucial early years of development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Valid LCSW licensure issued by the New Jersey Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current and valid driver's license for travel to client meetings and community sessions.
\n
• Proficient in adapting treatment approaches to address various learning styles prevalent among young children.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in early intervention.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working specifically with children in early intervention settings.

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for young children and their families.
\n
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices that facilitate family engagement and empowerment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
