Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical expertise, education, and experience to assess and develop psychosocial diagnoses for patients, employing evidence-based practices to inform your decisions.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, aspirations, and circumstances.

• Implement a range of outcome-focused behavioral therapies, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach as necessary to meet client goals.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, primary care providers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Diligently monitor client responses to therapy, assessing their progress toward designated treatment goals through both virtual and in-person sessions.

• Support the management of psychotropic medications by closely coordinating with medical providers, emphasizing adherence, potential side effects, and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.

As an LCSW at Second Chance Marriage and Family, Inc., you will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
