Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing as well as in-person appointments to provide comprehensive mental health support.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and methods to evaluate client needs, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, offering resources and guidance to assist them in setting and achieving personal development goals.

• Collaborate with a diverse array of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community outreach workers, to create a cohesive support network for clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Resolute Psychological Services, you will engage with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
