Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, social situations, and support systems to inform treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management to support clients during critical situations, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate connections and make referrals to external agencies that can provide additional support or resources for clients.

• Engage clients in positive, constructive activities that promote well-being and personal growth.

• Regularly participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to discuss case progress and refine treatment strategies.

• Stay vigilant for signs of child abuse and other forms of neglect, and respond promptly in accordance with mandated reporting requirements.

Your work will directly impact diverse client groups within the Oakland area, many of whom experience systemic barriers to mental health care. You will be expected to empathize and work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adult populations facing numerous social challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active California LCSW license is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inspired Grace Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
