Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and social issues, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing counseling services, adjusting treatment strategies based on clients’ evolving needs and documenting progress accurately in electronic health records.

• Develop and implement intricate treatment and discharge plans for clients dealing with dual diagnoses, ensuring a holistic approach to their recovery.

• Act as a professional resource for colleagues, offering guidance on complex case management and clinical supervision as necessary to enhance the team's overall effectiveness.

• Create and possibly lead training sessions for clinical staff, focusing on best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans regularly, making necessary adjustments to increase the likelihood of successful outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents, who experience various social, emotional, and mental health issues. Clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be instrumental in fostering resilience and empowerment within this community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in California is required.

• A minimum of three years' experience in crisis intervention and management, demonstrating a solid understanding of at-risk populations.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, ensuring readiness for crisis situations.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package that includes:
