Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Engage in team collaboration to establish and progress common goals for patient care and outcomes.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and detailed assessments as necessary, utilizing appropriate clinical tools.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure seamless access to linked services for clients and their families.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessment and adjustment of treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention strategies as required, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Ensure compliance with professional ethical guidelines and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatments, and outcomes.

• Take part in committees tasked with improving service delivery and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours and respond to client needs promptly.

• Facilitate communication among clients, family members, and a network of healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
