Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health history, current challenges, and strengths in order to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing well-established therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that encapsulate specific goals and adaptable interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, supporting clients during critical moments.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that encourage community and shared experiences among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
