Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health challenges and emotional distress, including assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to establish and advance common care goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to each client's treatment.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine clients’ needs, facilitating timely access to necessary services.

• Monitor and manage client caseloads, engaging with individuals and families through individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on recovery and empowerment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, reflecting your expertise and contribution to the organization.
