Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions—including individual, family, and group therapy—employing evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans with defined goals and strategies, monitoring and adjusting these plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to foster community and further client engagement in their treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
