Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, emotional well-being, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs of each student, setting measurable goals and tracking progress over time.

• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers and administrators, to ensure a holistic approach to each student’s mental health and academic success.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, equipping students with coping strategies and life skills.

• Offer crisis intervention and ensure proper risk assessments are conducted to maintain student safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of all client interactions in alignment with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse student population, spanning various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
