Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that aligns with our commitment to employee well-being. You will have the option to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shift schedules, with availability from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Our technology platform supports teletherapy, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients regardless of their circumstances while adhering to organizational protocols and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling to students and their families, focusing on emotional, cognitive, and behavioral health challenges.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and interpret relevant information concerning social, personal, environmental, and health-related factors impacting the client’s life.

• Collaborate with students, families, and educators to design individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitate short-term crisis interventions and make referrals to community resources when necessary, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive support.

• Establish a trusting therapeutic relationship founded on mutual respect, promoting an environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through client feedback and documented outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students within diverse school settings in Miami, Florida. You will work with a variety of client needs, including issues related to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and family dynamics. Our comprehensive approach means you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team collaborating with teachers, parents, and other healthcare providers to address the mental health landscape affecting our youth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field such as Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in social work or a related area, emphasizing therapeutic practices rooted in evidence-based methods.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling clients with behavioral health issues including mood disorders, substance abuse, and family stressors.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus, enhancing your overall compensation package.
