Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, you will:

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation meets organizational standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, educators, and community resources to coordinate effective patient care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance your clinical skills and service delivery.

• Educate students and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices to integrate current research into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to serve a diverse patient population consisting of students facing various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma, emphasizing providing holistic support tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual earning potential between USD 80,000 and 100,000. In addition, we offer:
