Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while still ensuring consistent support to school communities. Our collaborative environment supports professional input and encourages a practice of ongoing learning. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends based on specific client needs. Flexibility is required to accommodate client schedules and ensure that all students receive timely care. You may also need to be on-call to assist with urgent matters during off-hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs to identify emotional and social factors impacting their well-being.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized care plans that align with students' goals and family preferences, ensuring a holistic approach to support.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and emotional support to students and their families, guiding them through life transitions and challenges typical in a school setting.

• Advocate for students' rights, facilitating access to community resources such as mental health services, educational support, and extracurricular programs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including school counselors, nurses, and educators to ensure integrated care that addresses students' diverse needs.

• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up visits to monitor students' progress, evaluate living conditions, and address any emerging concerns.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members regarding the students' care and mental health, resolving any conflicts that may arise.

• Educate students and their families on available resources within the community, promoting social engagement and improving quality of life.

• Document client assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and support quality assurance.

• Stay updated on relevant social work policies and best practices to maintain ethical standards and maximize impact on student health.

This role primarily focuses on students, including adolescents facing various challenges such as academic stress, social pressures, emotional health concerns, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
