Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to accurately gauge the emotional, mental, and social needs of students, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

• Develop collaborative, personalized care plans in conjunction with students and their families to address academic and emotional challenges.

• Provide counseling sessions that empower students, helping them navigate personal and academic transitions while addressing issues such as anxiety and depression.

• Act as an advocate for students, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and community services that support their emotional and educational goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of educators, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will be school-aged children and adolescents, alongside their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW in California.
