Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.

• Engage in case management duties, which include coordinating with parents, school staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Implement effective discharge planning from the first day of admission, working closely with students and caregivers to clarify understanding of transition processes.

• Verify discharge appointments with students and loved ones prior to the discharge date to ensure a smooth transition back to their regular environments.

• Provide additional clinical support to other team members in their absence, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective care throughout our virtual system.

• Engage with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department regarding authorization and payment issues, maintaining communication to optimize service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your caseload and experience level.
