Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual and group therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention services, ensuring that students in acute distress receive immediate and competent care, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to families, equipping them with resources and strategies to support their children’s mental health effectively.

• Engage in regular outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment methodologies as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
