Key Responsibilities\n

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies aligned with each student’s unique needs.

• Documenting clinical progress meticulously to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal standards, utilizing our dynamic electronic health record system.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with school staff and other mental health providers to ensure continuity of care and integrated support for students.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and peer reviews to enrich service quality and share best practices.

• Providing educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Staying abreast of the latest research in mental health practices, ensuring that your clinical approach is informed by the most current evidence.

In this role, you will primarily serve students within a school setting, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
