Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who are experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges, focusing on those who are stable and have low-acuity needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice in your state, one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling via telehealth is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, access to a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
