Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations of individual and family systems, analyzing clients' functions within their daily lives, including work, family interactions, and routines.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments of both patients and their caregivers, formulating tailored care plans that address identified needs.

• Regularly review and modify care plans in collaboration with patients and their families to ensure evolving needs are met effectively.

• Work alongside medical professionals to develop strategic care plans with established goals aimed at achieving desired health outcomes.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and family therapy, as necessary.

• Monitor progress towards established goals systematically and adjust treatment plans to ensure efficacy.

• Maintain thorough documentation according to organizational policies and mental health standards, minimizing paperwork while ensuring compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing mental health challenges, emotional disturbances, and substance use issues in a school setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree from a social work program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education is required.

• Active licensure as a Social Worker within the state of Washington, holding LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n
