Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of students.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by adolescents in a school setting.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, nurses, and educational staff to ensure cohesive treatment planning and delivery of care.

• Provide education and support to students and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based modalities to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating the goals and preferences of students and their families.

• Assist students in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and addressing needs effectively.

Qualifications\n
