Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ specific needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes educators and mental health professionals to create individualized treatment plans that align with the students' emotional and academic goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist students in distress, providing immediate support and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Take part in regular staff meetings and case conferences to share insights and strategies with peers, contributing to an ongoing culture of learning and improvement.

• Provide psychoeducation workshops for students, teachers, and parents aimed at promoting mental health awareness and strategies for coping with stress and anxiety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in California (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
