Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Harmony Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments of students’ mental health needs, with a focus on understanding their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Developing comprehensive, evidence-informed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals, utilizing solutions-based interventions.

• Implementing and administering a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring they align with best practices.

• Maintaining thorough and precise clinical documentation, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, to ensure continuity of care.

• Engaging with fellow health professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—through regular case consultations, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.

• Providing education to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Staying informed on the latest developments in mental health research and practices, to continually enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns commonly encountered in the school environment, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in helping students develop coping strategies and resilience, allowing them to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
