Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client in consultation with multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide individualized therapeutic services to adult clients suffering from mental health issues as a result of workplace injuries, including conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate weekly psychoeducational classes aimed at improving coping strategies and understanding of pain management.
\n
• Evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Document all client interactions and clinical findings accurately in our EMR system to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s recovery, making referrals as necessary.

• Maintain high standards of clinical care in adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who are navigating the challenges associated with recovery from workplace-related injuries. The typical caseload may include individuals dealing with significant anxiety, depression, and trauma correlated with pain management. You will facilitate their emotional healing through comprehensive assessments and tailored therapeutic engagements aimed at improving their overall functioning and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active California LCSW license is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in settings related to psychological assessment and treatment.

• Expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-oriented interventions.

• Familiarity with integrated therapeutic approaches, particularly in managing chronic pain and trauma recovery.

• Strong skills in verbal and written communication, essential for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
