Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students exhibiting symptoms of major mental health disorders or severe emotional distress, using evidence-based screening tools.

• Establish trusting, therapeutic relationships with students and their families, promoting engagement and encouraging participation in treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and external providers to create and implement individualized care plans that connect students with appropriate resources.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at skill-building, emotional regulation, and recovery to empower students facing mental health challenges.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

• Advocate for clients within the school system to ensure that mental health needs are recognized and addressed in educational settings.

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds within the school system who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse populations.

• Experience in school-based or community mental health settings is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
