Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and therapy sessions to clients, achieving therapeutic goals aligned with individual care plans.

• Develop personalized intervention strategies based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and service delivery in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with school staff and families to enhance treatment plans and integrate recommendations for improvement into the educational environment.

• Remain proactive in communicating with clients regarding their care, availability, and any changes to their treatment plans.

• Participate in periodic peer supervision and training sessions to uphold clinical knowledge and improve competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to a varied clientele, including students aged 18 and older, particularly those from minority and diverse backgrounds. You'll be working closely with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and academic stress. Our aim is to empower these individuals and foster resilience, ensuring they receive tailored support in a compassionate and understanding manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LCSW license to practice in Arizona.
\n
• At least 3 years of post-licensure experience as a clinical social worker, particularly within a therapeutic setting.

• Experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• A strong understanding of the unique mental health needs of the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred but not required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work with men’s mental health is also regarded favorably.

• Professional malpractice insurance is a must.
\n
• Prior experience working with diverse populations is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and over.

• A background in school-based mental health services or community health initiatives.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
